Does every workplace need to hire someone to bring the joy?

John Kewley, one of the candidates for managing partner at Clifford Chance, an international firm of lawyers based in London, “has promised to create the new role of chief happiness officer, if appointed… “Let’s surprise, let’s delight, let’s dream,” Kewley wrote in his manifesto. “We have a generational opportunity to create the most vibrant, happy and uplifting place to work in the world.”

Do say (as Albert Schweitzer once did): “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”
